Michelle Mastrobattista is a veteran digital marketing strategist who has worked in both agency and in-house roles on behalf of public and private businesses, as well as mission-driven organizations.
At SM&Co., Michelle develops and oversees the strategy and execution of all social media and digital initiatives for the agency and our clients. In addition, she assumes a leadership role on viral marketing campaigns, digital crisis management, as well as search engine marketing and optimization strategies.
Michelle joined Solomon McCown & Co. from Propel Marketing (a GateHouse Media company) where she oversaw a portfolio of 100 social marketing clients pursuing integrated strategies in support of public relations, marketing and advertising campaigns. She also managed a team that created and optimized content for different platforms, curated clients’ social networking profiles and analyzed metrics.
Michelle was also a digital strategist for WNEU Telemundo in Boston. Earlier in her career, she worked in Los Angeles at leading talent agencies, including William Morris Endeavor (WME) and International Creative Management (ICM).
